In an administration rife with incompetence, it's hard to tell who is the least able (or willing) to successfully do their job.
Personally, I think that two people only slightly out-dull the rest of the field - Eric Holder and Janet Napolitano. Of course, their appointments reflect the mindset of the one who hired them in the first place...
Here are some 'shining' moments with the Secretary of Homeland Security...
She grants our enemies access to our classified and secret information and it doesn't seem to bother her.. Perhaps 'her' enemies are not the enemies of this country.
At the very least, she is incompetent and needs to find something else to do with her time. She certainly isn't very good at protecting America...
